Aftercare

EYEBROW

Notice

  • To get the best out of the treatment, it is better to follow the aftercare instructions carefully. Right after the treatment, you might experience redness, itchiness or swollen, it is normal. Don’t panic!
  • On the day after the procedure, color might get darker and shape might get thicker than expectation as the result of scabs performing.
  • Scabs will take around 7 to 10 days to come off (4 to 5 days for oily skin).
  • Do not pick, scratch or peel off scabs.
  • After all the scabs come off, color looks faded a bit and lighter than expectation because the skin tissue is healing inside out. The final result will be seen after 6 weeks. 6 to 10 weeks later since the 1st session done, the 2nd session is required to get perfect brows as you dream of

Remember

  • Do not use all the cream (except Skin candy given by our artist) or makeup in the eyebrow area during the healing process
  • Do not do workouts which involve a lot of sweating
  • Do not take sauna, facial massage or steaming.

Instruction

Right after the procedure until the 2nd day

Rinse the eyebrows with warm water only to remove all the lymph and keep doing that every 2 hours during the first 2 days and let them dry properly. Do not apply anything on your brows.

Since the 3rd day

Scabs perform. Do not pick them. Keep facial hygiene and tap your eyebrows gently to clean. Apply a thin layer of Skin Candy. (Do not use Skin Candy if your skin is not too dry)

After that until the 10th day

Maintain facial hygiene and apply the cream after washing your face or showering.

Remember
  • Avoid sunbathing, solarium, light therapies, chemical peelings, fruit acids, microdermabrasion or scream that contains regeneration factors.
  • Also avoid laser treatments over your brows/lips/eyeliners because they can destroy the pigment and cause burns
  • Reducing using antibiotics or hormonal therapy because they can lead to speed up the pigment fading process
  • Always protect the eyebrows from the sun with sunscreen with SPFs from 30 or above
  • Do not do tinting, threading or waxing on your brows until they are healed completely

LIP

Notice

  • Any semi permanent makeup has risks such as color loss, cold sore outbreaks or infection. To reduce any unexpected problems and get the best result, please follow these instructions carefully.
  • Please be aware that cold sores commonly appear. It is not a severe problem and treatable. Your lips might get a bit swollen one day after the procedure; it is a common body reaction. Please do not panic.
  • Scabbing may last from 4 to 5 days, and after healed, lips may get lighter a bit. You may think the color has lost. This is because the color is really vibrant and blends in your natural lip color. However, true color will reveal itself once the lips are healed around 6 to 8 weeks later.
  • The 2nd session can be taken 6 to 10 weeks after the 1st one done.
  • Will not be able to expect the perfect colour lips result with just 1 session only.

Remember

  • Do not use soap, shampoo, other cleansers or exfoliation products contacting directly on the treated areas until all the scabs come off
  • Do not touch your lips as it might cause infection, swelling or pigment loss
  • Do not pick, scratch or peel off the scabs; let’s them come off by themselves. Picking can cause scarring and premature loss of the pigment
  • Do not use lipstick at least a month
  • Avoid sunbathing or exposing under the sun
  • No kissing until the lips heal

Instruction

Day of the procedure
  • No drinking caffeine before the procedure.
  • After the treatment, keep the lips dry and remove lymphatic fluid by rinsing your lips with lukewarm water every hour, can scrub your lips by fingers to clean then let them dry properly after that.
Day after the procedure
  • Lips might get swollen.
  • The scabs perform. You may see your lips darker and harsh. It is a part of tattoo healing.
  • Keep rinsing your lips with warm water every hour .
  • Do not peel off the scabs. It may lead to damage the pigment, scarring and color loss.
From the 3rd day until your lips heal
  • Your lips will be very dry, the scabs start coming off that make your lips look quite patchy, do not use lipstick.
  • Gently clean your lips properly by warm water and start applying Skin Candy (healing ointment provided by our artist).
  • Can dip your lip into warm water to help the scab coming off quicker but do not use hand to peel Use straw to drink.
  • Eat clean and dry food and avoid getting your lips dirty.
  • Avoid spicy and salty food.
  • No kissing until the scabs come off completely.
After the scabs come off completely
  • Colour looks fade quite a lot, and slowly coming out when your lips heal properly, final colour will be seen after 2 months

EYELINER

Notice

  • Eyeliners are more sensitive than brows or lips. But it does not mean you can have your eyeliners got the best result. It is just required to follow our simple instructions carefully.
  • Eyeliners may get swollen and dry on the day after the procedure; but it will reduce quickly.
  • As other permanent makeup, you may experience the treated areas get darker on the day after, softer and then lighter once healed. It is not the final result as the color will get stable after that.
  • The second session can be taken after 6 to 10 weeks since the first one done.

Remember

  • No mascara, makeup or eyelash serum in the treated area at last 7 days
  • No eyelash tinting, lifting or extensions until eyeliners are healed
  • No sunbathing, tanning beds, steaming, sauna or swimming until they are healed
  • Do not pick, scratch or peel scabs
  • No hydroxy acids or retinoids on treated areas at least one months
  • No hydroxy acids or retinoids on treated areas at least one months
  • Highly recommended to wear sunglasses to go home as your eyes might get sensitive to the sun

Instruction

After the procedure
  • Wash the areas with lukewarm water every 2 hours and let them dry
  • Again no makeup or eye cosmetic products
  • Do not wear contact lenses
1 day after
  • You may get dry, crusty and swollen eyes. As one of normal body reactions, It will pass quickly. TIP: ice-pack can help to reduce the swelling; you can apply the ice pack for 10 minutes in the morning.
  • Keep areas moist frequently by applying Skin Candy (given by our artist). Remember to wash your hands before you apply Skin Candy to avoid infection.
For the next 7 to 10 days
  • Your eyeliners may get tight as the scabs starts to form. Do not pick them, and let them fall off by themselves.
  • Continue to apply Skin Candy frequently especially after showering or face cleaning.
  • Wear sunglasses to protect areas during 2 weeks.
  • Do not touch areas by fingers as it may cause infection.
